The Council on Research directs the Annual AOA Research Conference, held each year in conjunction with the AOA Annual Osteopathic Medical Conference & Exposition. During three morning didactic sessions, a full poster exhibition and student poster competition, and a variety of meetings and events, osteopathic physicians, professors and students present their research findings and network with other researchers who share mutual interests.

AOF Research Awards
The American Osteopathic Foundation (AOF) assumed management of the AOA Research Awards in 2007.
