OMED 2012 video: What do you like best about being a physician?

Thousands of osteopathic medical students and medical students come to OMED every year to meet with each other, to learn how to better serve their patients, and to be inspired. Health care is rapidly changing and, as evidenced by some of this year’s sessions, DOs are concerned about keeping up with online marketing practices, preventing burnout, implementing electronic health records and managing disruptive colleagues, among scores of other issues.

But as OMED 2012 wraps up in San Diego after several long, event-filled days, attendees haven’t forgotten the simple reasons why they became osteopathic physicians in the first place and what brings them the most joy in their profession.
