During last week’s presidential debate, Republican candidate Mitt Romney pledged to repeal President Barack Obama’s signature legislation: the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. With the presidential election only weeks away, and a law that affects every American seemingly hanging in the balance, The DO turned to those on the front line of health care. We asked physicians and students at OMED 2012 for their thoughts on the best and worst aspects of the Affordable Care Act.
